We need to empower our teachers and schools to help every student see their potential, pursue their dreams, and develop a lasting love of learning.

Engage Parents
Parents are their children's first and most important teachers. Let's make it easier for them to stay engaged in their children's education.
Empower Teachers.
Continue reducing licensing & testing burdens. Increase due process protections in our UPPAC system. Progress has been made, but stronger protections are still needed - no teacher should have to worry about their career just for doing their job.
Academic Excellence.
We need to meet students where they are but hold them to high academic standards, and give our teachers the freedom and support to do what they do best - teach, inspire, and empower each student to succeed.
Spending Accountability.
We are accountable for every dollar spent on public education, and we must treat it that way.
